Advice & Guidance

The Worcester Library and History Centre will play a central role in providing information and knowledge to the county, offering users advice and support, and a wealth of information, all accessible within a welcoming environment.

As well as providing users with professional specialist staff, the Centre will be the gateway to information, helping people find out more about the services near them through the Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre.

The Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre is the local community's first point of contact for information and advice about county and district council services. At the Centre, customers will be able to speak to one of the Worcestershire Hub's friendly, experienced Customer Service Advisors about a wide range of council services.
