Bringing the entire community into a building which offers interesting cultural and social experiences, the Centre will provide performance, presentation and exhibition spaces both within and outside the building. There will be information about events and collections, access to computers and digital material as well as somewhere to relax with a coffee and friends or a good book.

Our philosophy is to support a sense of well-being through opportunities for learning and social interaction, all enjoyed in a high quality environment. Our commitment is to provide fast-paced, buzzy environments for those that want them, coupled with quiet, contemplative spaces. The Centre will become a natural meeting place where people can interact whether or not they use any of the services within.
