As the heritage centre for the county, the new building will be an exceptional resource not just for people in the City, but for the whole of Worcestershire.

 

We will shake out the contents of the archive boxes and the archaeological finds and reveal the lives and stories that are hidden inside, using new technology to bring them right up to date and make them real for present generations.

We can connect with our heritage throughout the building, helping us all to understand the roots of our community.

 

 

 

 

 

Children will be able to make tangible connections with history through fun, practical activities such as pot washing and quill writing.
